I don't have a PayPal account. How do I checkout?
A PayPal account is not necessary to checkout on the TrumCor website. PP is simply our secure financial services provider. When you click the Paypal button, you will then have the option to use a CC, Debit card, or a PP account.

I purchased a mute, but did not receive a tracking number?
Tracking numbers are generated when your package is created and will be e-mailed to you at that time - usually within one business day.

Do you sell replacement cork for my TrumCor Mute?
No, but I will give you replacement cork free of charge. Please send an e-mail with your mailing address and the mute which is in need of cork.

How do I reglue cork onto a mute?

Does TrumCor ship Internationally?
Yes. Shipping internationally is routine and very reliable through either the post office (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). UPS is generally faster but costs more. The default international shipping charge on the TrumCor website is enough to cover shipping with the post office.

Who pays import duties, taxes, etc?The customer is responsible for paying any duties, taxes, tariffs, fees, etc. Each country has its own rates: therefore, the costs are unknown to TrumCor. Upon arrival in country, the package passes through local customs facilties. You may be contacted by e-mail or phone to pay the fees. Or, the delivery driver will request the fees on attempted deliveries. You can also contact your local receiving locations to schedule payment and pickup.

How long do international deliveries take?
All TrumCor orders are shipped within one business day. Packages to Europe and Asia average 2-3 weeks to arrive in country. Canada can be as soon as 1-2 weeks. Your local facilities may take more time to clear the packages through the customs clearance process.
The tracking number provided will allow you to follow your mutes journey to your doorstep. This tracking number is the only information TrumCor has, as well. Once TrumCor hands off your international package to either USPS or UPS, we no longer have any control over its journey to you.
